Have to say I havn't really been impressed with Wilkes. NAB cup games arn't really much to go by so hoping someone can tell me if he is any good.
West Coast delisted him and we picked him up. Havn't heard much of him or seen much either. While he has a mature body he looks a little slow.
Simpkin while tries hard is a little way off yet as well I would have thought.
So what do you do.
Use the mature body (Wilkes) and hope he can perform? or
Play Simpkin and hope he gains enough experience to become a competitive backman?
