Dempster still has suss disposal but amazing commitment. I'm just thinking of a gu who was up that may suffer under a new coaching style.

I actually think Polo could be a glider too, has a pretty low starting point so lots of up.
Milne is an elite player and not to mention very experienced. I don't remember his game being adversely affected when he's been joined by other small forwards like Guerra and Schnadzo.

More on the old legs getting the same impact, not a fall from grace just a slide compared to one of his best seasons.

Gliders -

Siposs - Continued development of body size and strength

Steven - continued running through the mid field and greater space due to Hayes back

Ray - Defined role will help ( possibly as a tagger)

Sliders -

Gilbert - Woeful disposal will continue to haunt and will need to change role

Stanley- Many will ooh and ahh about flashes of brilliance but by seasons end will be new Kosi whipping boy

Gram - See Gilbert re disposal

Have not considered any new players as no basis to rate them on. Glad to be wrong on all Sliders!

I reckon Gilbo has the most upside.
Last year was just a shocker for him.

Kosi - i had to chuckle - every year for the last 10 people have writtent Kosi is going "dominate next year" or have a "breakout" season. Will never happen! But if he is servicable and consistent Ill be happy!

Steven to just hop back on the horse and continue where here left off last year (going well).

Sliders - Milney cant keep doing what he does forever and Blakey must be nearing the end. Len-dog also cant keep it for ever.

Roo, Goddard and Gilbert to glide.

Peake and Milne to slide.

What, he can't keep doing an acl in round two forever? I agree. The only way for Lenny in 2012 compared to 2011 is up. If he plays more than two games, he'll be in the "glider" category.

I'm going to say Raph Clarke will well and truly cement his spot in the 22 next season... will play with more attacking flair

Yes well obviously lenny will be a glider from 2011. I am saying he might be a slider v the very high expectations. I'm just saying people should tone it down if they think he is just going to stroll back to his old self.

Gliders: Cripps, Ledger - both had a taste of the big time last year and showed a bit, and now have another Pre-season under their belts and are hopefully injury free.

Slider: Gram - plenty of competition now for a wing, half back flank spot and can turn it over.
