in some ways you are right i think. however, bottom 4 - nup, if we don't gel with the new coaches, structure and game plan quickly the saints will be a middle of the the road team. if we can quickly develop some depth via the academy, and gel the team reasonably quickly we will make the 8 and from there who knows!Cairnsman wrote:Bottom 4. New coach and game plan can take 18 months to gel but we have got much bigger problems than gelling with a new coach and game plan. With the list we've got it's going to be a painful time at the bottom for some time. Roo is kidding himself if he thinks we can do what the Cats did this year under a new coach. The Cats list was way more talented and committed than ours. I could have coached them to the flag it was that good.
We will finish top 4 in 2012
