Too early to make a call on Lynch.
He needs some serious work in the weights room and like many young players his second efforts are terrible/non existent.
but dont think he is worth scapegoating from yesterday.
monty and dal had no influence
bj disappeared between 1/4 time and 3/4 time. (about the same time it would take for him to slip out and watch a movie)
nooone could get a clearance at all.
peakey had a barry crocker (after being good for the last 2 months)
skipper was lame.

I think Lynch needs a good pre-season, with weights and running (like a few other younger players)and is a work in progress, but RL needs to work out a position for him, and work him into that, not just chuck him around like he does with some players. I see Lynch as a useful backman, definately not a forward- and get this..he has good foot skills! Yesterday's situation was a bit unfair on the guy, last minute selection, no real role to play for an inexperienced player..

Obviously or he wouldn't have typed it...plugger66 wrote:So if neither of those things happen you think Lynch will be delisted?WinnersOnly wrote:RL is kidding himself playing LYNCH as our CHF and setting the kid up for failure. He is too slow to be playing forward and it not dynamic in any of his efforts.
The only thing that will save him at years end - will be Blake retiring and or Gilbert being traded to another club. That is the only thing that will save his position on the list.
How many defenders will The Saints pick in the 2024 draft ?
