I like it but would refine it with a number of victories, after all the grandfinal is about winning. So if someone played 12 games and lost 8 would it be fair to someone else who played 5 and won 5?
Or perhaps 2 different medals. A grand final medal for participants of winning GF team and a premiers medal for all players of the club.
Think its a silly move. Say Eddy gets dropped, when does he get it and would he want it. He hasnt played in a winning GF side. Give all 44 a medal for a great drawn GF.
