Was hoping Jack Stevens could be a chance as well..was brilliant in the Geelong win earlier in the year..reckon either Dal or Gram may miss allowing Bakes in.
Never take a backward step even to gain momentum.....

I doubt it. If Maxwell's loose, then chances are so is either Fisher, Goddard or Gilbert.maverick wrote:I reckon Bakes plays and Mini is the unlucky one with Dempster to go forward and make Maxwell accountable.
I don't think Bakes plays unless one of Dal or Gram can't get up. Even then, we may opt for someone else. I think Bakes will miss.
If he plays though, the unluckiest person will be his opponent.
Yeah nah pleasing positive

Only player (ignoring injury) that may drop out IMO would be Mini.
However Baker would seem unlikely. Steven a smokey.
Like Plugger after Dempster's last two great finals, and the fact he has played in 3 GFs for experience I cannot see him missing out now.

Did anyone see the interview with Mini, BJ and Blake? When a Journo asked Mini if he was confident on holding his spot Mini started giving the typical "I'll just train hard and blah blah blah" answer. Blake then cut him off and said something like "He has nothing to worry about". Guys Mini is not going anywhere.
"It only ends once. Anything that happens before that is just progress."
agreed. he'll be needed against the small pies forwards - he should look to put some work into beams or sidebottom early to let them know it's not going to be easy.saintly wrote:Dempster going forward hasn't worked before (i don't think) why try it nowmaverick wrote:I reckon Bakes plays and Mini is the unlucky one with Dempster to go forward and make Maxwell accountable.
