Adam Hartlett who was delisted today is an interesting one.
He is a 196cm key forward who emerged as a key defender this year with the Bullants and had a few senior games.
He mightn't be a bad pick up as a depth key back.

Lets get him plus 3-4 Brisbane players and Shirley from Adelaide. We may need to delist a few like Lenny and Rooy to get them all though.

I feel that Adam Donohue may get picked up in the rookie draft, probably back at Geelong, he is a speedy backman that can play forward and a similar build to Baker.
Don't wait for the light at the end of the tunnel to appear, run down there and light the bloody thing yourself!

Carlton have also delisted Luke Stanton, Nick Dal Santo's cousin.
Get him as well.
We can have 72 on our list now days can't we?

Is that the same Luke Stanton some on here wanted to get because he was Dals cousin?

The only one, at the minute, I'd like to see us get, is Joel McDonald. Very Good Player, even if plugger66 doesn't think so!

I'm not sure. I think he's Dal's cousin though.

Joel MacDonald was in AA form in 2008 before injury. Not as good this year but still a good year. I'm absolutely shocked he was delisted.
No doubt in my mind he'll get picked up by someone, would like a player of his quality late in the draft (essentially free) but we do have a surplus of half back flank types. Still, he's by far the best player of all the delistings so far.

Hey what about Bentick from Carlton, an in and under type to help replace Ball - should he leave

Can someone please suggest good players?
Joel Macdonald is the only delisted player of the last week who is even close to being AFL worthy.
Lets recruit a heap of hacks FFS

McDonald would be well worth getting with our last draft pick. But only if we can get the Hamburglar as an in and under to feed our runners with Big Macs.
I'm told the kids are quite fond of old Ronald... especially at family days.

have Brisbane just handed Gold Coast their ' more mature" players they need for their tilt at the VFL in 2010?
those who may wish to stay in the state and still play against AFL level players/ teams with maybe an immediate future at AFL level assured. giving experienc to the young stable coming in in 2011

I wouldn't think Freo will get him!
Reports over here are saying Melbourne or Richmond.
Said on the radio here he'll nominate for the PSD only which means, if Ball quits the Saints, Ball and McDonald will go 1 & 2.
But if Richmond want him, you would've thought they could've swapped Raines for him instead of a draft pick!
Also, Gold Coast are interested in signing Harding, he's Karmichael Hunt's brother in law. Will probably play VFL for them next year. Reported on Fox Sports.
