We were lower, but 14th after this week (Adelaide, GC, Hawks, North lower). Still quite a bit below AFL average

Interesting stat there. Despite all of our injuries, we have only played 30 different players this year.

That puts us 7th in the comp for that stat.

Sydney has 26 and the rest between us and them are 28-29.

It’s a hard spot to be in ….we constantly screw up recruitment and now while needing to win some of the guys we did recruit of the higher age bracket are banged up , then to keep our younger guys happy so they don’t go elsewhere we maybe overpay them . On top if that we have kept the likes of Heath on board even though most on here think he’s not up to it .
Then you have the power clubs just using the smaller clubs as feeders …we like dickheads trade away our good players for a few scraps.
Not sure of the answer but this season is gone we have to win pretty much every game from now on and can’t see that happening when we can’t hit the side of a barn by hand or foot . Play for picks i feel ….not sure if it’s worth a drive from the Bellerine to watch the game against North
