Of the 12 AFL grounds Max King has played on, the SCG is the only one where he averages less than a goal a game.

He's due.

From a very limited data set, I suggest the match committee are over-estimating our guys' talents and the whole team's synergy.

They didn't tag Daicos. Nor Sicily.

And on game day vs Crows, they didn't try to change things up but trusted the process and game plan except for 'Sincs to the midfield'.

Maybe RTB and the other coaches are persisting with the same players and game plan.
They believe in the game plan and are 'exploring' which players can 'execute' this game plan.
The ones that do it well, they stay at the club.
The ones that can't or won't, will end up in the VFL or out

Papley averages 1.8 goals per game, this season.
He averages 3.8 shots on goal.

Based on our team's very poor performance on stopping oppo from streaming into our D50, since maybe the Blues game, I predict the Swines will give him many more chances.
Also based on their game vs Blues.
We are as bad as the Blues, maybe worse.
RTB giving the squad a very nice long weekend, where they flew to Noosa, Bali or wherever, sends a very strong message to the lads that the Hawks loss was another Mulligan, 'put it behind you, forget about it'.

What about...getting them to sit through videos as a group, pointing out where they stuffed up, and get out on the track and work on getting better at what made them win those early games

Check your 3rd quarter stats.
Sicily was beaten
We lead the stats by a bit..
We doubled their score and from tied scores at half time, took 3 goal lead to the last 11 minutes.

Coaches made changes and the result was on the players.

For all the doom and gloom and piled on s***, Higgins dropped mark was the game changer. Take the mark and kick the goal and it would have been game, set and match. Thank you for the rabbits as a former Saints forward was frequently heard to say.

It staggers me people miss this
We lead the game - I was about to grab a beer and sing the song
This is CLEARLY on the playing group
Wilkie has come out since and admitted effort dropped off so did adhering to our structure
No effort = Shiite outcome
I don’t care whose coaching

Why would you want to know that
Do you want me to shout the bar ?

I need more time to re-calculate…my sample size is still inadequate
But still , my faith in the club is still something I hold dear
Maybe I need a PhD to determine the prospects of my club ? Or just be a boring dickwad on a footy forum

I think we’ll lose but only cause they’ll be up for Duddy

In Buddy’s 200th, 300th and 1000th goal games for Sydney they’re 3-0 with an average winning margin of almost 50 points!

Long as we turn up and play with effort /intensity I’m ok with that

Yep, If.
Was Joey the last to kick a winning goal for us at the death. Long time ago.
Hope we pull a rabbit out. But feeling punch drunk from the number of If moments that go against us. Can't beat bad luck.
