If Long gets 3-4, as I expect, then NWM will surely stay in the team. Apart from Jones, nobody really seems to be knocking on the door.
Billings is just about ready and Clark can't be too far off. Both may need a game in the VFL though.
There doesn’t seem any urgent need to rush anyone back in while we’re winning.
If Billings is playing for Sandy today, lets see how he is going. NWM looks to need a rest.

Butler got 6 touches- 4 kicks, 2 handballs.
Time for a rest mate.
NVM got low AF ranking points, i think he got 7-8 touches.
Him out too
I suppose Butler'outstanding work against the Suns the previous week accounts for nothing in your view? W-M I agree, tougher bodies needed against Port.
I would like to see Campbell given a chance if Marshall doesn’t recover in time. We need to see what the bloke can do. He has looked good at a lower level (pre-season and VFL).
It seems like it will be a touch wet up there so I'll revise my INs & OUTs, thinking back to Campbell's form in wet conditions at TB Oval - he's a mountain, hard to move so I'd play him instead of Heath (his time will come, sooner than later)
OUT: Hayes (ACL), Marshall (Thigh / Managed)
IN: Ryder, Campbell
Medi-Sub: still Lienert
I am not sure Cairns is ideal for Jone's return. Perhaps keep his powder dry for the Dees. Windhager goes OK in wet conditions so may thrive in Cairns.
If we want Marshall to be a force for the rest of the season, he needs to be rested this week, it's just crazy to risk more serious damage. Paddy back in, and give Heath a run maybe. Dunno

Wtf!
He did nothing untoward!
I hate this judge jury trial bulls***!
In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in, they're eating the cats. They’re eating – they are eating the pets of the people that live there.
Wood looked really fatigued in Friday nights game. I think with his hamstring and soft tissue injury history he could do with a weeks rest. Play Nasiah for another week and then rest him and bring back Wood against Melbourne. Hopefully Billings can roll out for Sandi next weekend and be ready for a call up the week later.
NB: Ratts like Windhager, give Byrnes midfield minutes.

Disagree on NWM. We hardly used him all game because there were so many stoppages and we could hardly get it to the outside. But whenever we did he continued his great form and doesn't look out of place at all. A new game against new opposition in PA will probably open things up a bit. It is his first season though so a rest isn't the worst thing to happen.
NWM is already being looked after on game days...only had around 60% TOG...last week 73%, he is also being looked after at training.

I’d rest NWM before Windy
Thought Windy looked good late for us and had impact
NWM needs a rest and looked troubled by the contact to me
NWM out for Jones
Also gives us another mid rotation
