Great win
I wasn't confident at all this week so absolutely rapt.
Meanwhile, set shot kicking technique practice for everyone who missed a set shot

Could have been a 10+ goal win easily but a great win to comeback after the first Qrt

What's with Armo. Quiet again. 14 disposals. Not much influence.

Quite happy to have Devilhead give his considered opinions on the match day thread.
It means he is not sitting behind me at the match!!!

Bazaar match. Team started slow but probably should have won by 70 pts.

We went in small & they said Hogan would tear us a new one.
Not sure what he actually tore, but it seems like the new one's better than the old one

Re: Match Thread Saints v Demons @ Edihad Round 17
Great win but I thought Demons were really s*** today. You can see why they don't win at Etihad - its a fast deck and you have to move the ball quickly to beat the press that teams can do on the smaller ground. Instead they did that Paul Roos possession based chip-chip thing that killed their run. Its hard to know where demons are. They are a bit like us - can be great, can be incredibly ordinary. Our tacking pressure was outstanding. You know we are on when we tackle a team within an inch of their lives - gives them no time to set up and we make lots of turnovers. A great team effort - again there wasn't a weak link out there. Its the old thing - we are either all up or all down.
