Re: Match Thread Saints v Hawks @ Tassie
This is one of the most important quarters of our year. We've been absolutely fearless and stuck to the plan. Credit to our team. With time the minor errors will be erased and we'll be a formidable team if we stick to this formula.

Great effort so far Sainters! Wind in the 4th. Get the ball into the right hands on half-forward and take it!

Scores level 3/4 time. Huge effort by the boys against the wind. If not for the turnovers would be 3 or 4 up. Very proud of our hard tackling and gutsy running. Way up on contested possessions. Cmon boys, let's take back the Apple Isle!

It's difficult to know what to do with Billings. He could kick 5 goals if playing forward. He could probably have slotted that goal but did the team thing. But play him in the middle ans he'll probably end up with 30 high quality possessions.Bluthy wrote:billings you are a genius genius

Re: Match Thread Saints v Hawks @ Tassie
we are developing an extremely versatile team where players can switch a lot of postions - like hawks. Versatile teams are very hard to shut down as you can keep mixing it up and being unpredictable.saint-stu wrote:It's difficult to know what to do with Billings.
