Good first half, we keep this up we look the better side. Just need to make the most of our opportunities, have missed 3 sitters and Membrey dropped a sitter right in front.
The backline has us on the edge of our seats at times but they’ve done pretty well!

Hannebury, Long, Ryder, and Hill have all been excellent. Jones is a machine.
Hoping that Kent can have a five minute blitzkrieg in the third quarter. He can be an impact player given the right circumstances! This is why we recruited him.

To the bulldogs credit... they’ve done a great job on Steele.

Re: Saints v Dogs Elimination Final Match Thread 2020
A tip for others. It is WAY better watching the game with the sound off. Much less stressful not listening to their inanity.
The boys are playing so well. We are definitely not getting the rub of the green, but are so cool under pressure. We trust each other .
As others have said, the problem for us is when they break off half back and catch us out.
We are right in this , and everyone is contributing .
Of course we should be much further in front .
Go Saints !!

Dermie saying that Ben Long might be in trouble because he bumped when he could have tackled......ffs, are we seriously playing netball here

Re: Saints v Dogs Elimination Final Match Thread 2020
Billings has had some big moments, saved a goal which set up Paddy’s
Steele and Butler are 2 that have some room for improvement, get them up and running and we’ll be right

Whether we like it or not he got the Bulldogs bloke on the chin. Lucky for us though he didn’t seem to get hurt.silverhalo wrote: ↑Sat 03 Oct 2020 6:48pm Dermie saying that Ben Long might be in trouble because he bumped when he could have tackled......ffs, are we seriously playing netball here
