Cripps and Pick 71 to WCE for picks 38 and 57.

I'd almost prefer they let him go in the draft.

The should offer WCE a can of coke and half a box of cold Etihad chips for Brown and tell them to f*** off if they don't take it. Lets get Boughton and Zac Clarke by offering the same deal to Freo. -Cripps, and 71 for those two seems better. Ross doesn't usually play hard ball.

I would seriously send him to the draft instead of taking pick 38, which is a speculative pick anyway. Or do a deal with freo.

That would suit me if he let them go to the preseason draft and got them for nothing. Xav and Goose went for nothing and anyone else he didn't rate just got delisted.

West Coast will get 41 not 21, so not a chance of this happening!

That would leave us with a compo pick, 24, 34, 38, 41, 43, 53 etc. Before trading for Hickey.

We've delisted 3, Goddard's gone, Raph Clarke will not be retained, Blake probably shouldn't be either & Cripps will be gone.

1 pick, probably 24, will be traded for Hickey, & Tom Lee comes on.

If we don't elevate anyone, this leaves us with 13, 34, 38, 41 & 43. Not that bad really!!!!

I'm expecting that there will be a couple of offloads of players that are around the fringes (Jones, Raph, Blake). They might even offload Ray to the Demons oncve the BJ compo pick is sorted. I think there still alot to play out in the trade period for us!!

I think half the people on these forums think just because you get a high pick thinks you're going to get a star, what rubbish.

They can turn out crap or become home sick. Majority of them would be 18 years old and would take 3-4 years minimum to become a decent player.

You simply don't get rid of key position players...
