Fair warning today Sainter brothers and sisters - I could do a lot of s*** posting. Feeling very agitated. If it goes pear shaped today I might seriously lose my rag. Might have to ban myself lest I go down a never ending despair ridden vortex of frustration.

The decline in our play has started. It's not a fitness thing it is all caused by our bad kicking for goal. It eventually wears everyone down and kills off all our confidence. Thank God Weller kicked that one for us. Hopefully we get back our confidence due to that long goal.
