Re: I've been sitting on this one....
Premierships are won by the best team on the day. Hopefully us.

EDIT: Just checked and 2006 didn't follow the pattern...

You are right, I will edit my original post and go further back.maz1685 wrote:Nah if you look at 2006, West Coast beat Sydney in H&A then lost to Sydney in Qualifying Final, then beat them in GF#1GILL wrote:Couldn't be bothered going any further back haha, feel free.jonesy wrote:Thought it went back to 03?

I love it!
You know, as daunting as Grand Final week is for me.... I mean, it just seems to last forever! It gives us a chance to dream, and regardless of the odds, the "professional" opinions about how the game will be won or lost by either side.... the fact remains we're one of the last two teams left at the business end of the season!
Our boys must find solace in knowing they're being backed all the way! If they go down, we all go down with them! There's no jumping ship or shedding our colours here! We're all there thick and thin! If we win however.... Well, won't that be just something bloody special!! Go you Mighty Saints!!!!

When they created LENNY HAYES (in the shadow of Harvs) they forgot to break the mold (again)- hence the Supremely Incredible Jack Steven!!
