Had a look on footyjumpers.com....can't see one that OP is talking about...closest one I can see was a red, yellow and black one from 1919-1922, which is mostly red with a yellow and black V.

He is right about us changing to Red, Yellow and Black due to Germany.

In the first World War, Germanys colours were Red, White and Black. We changed to Red, Yellow and Black to align with our Alies Belgium.

Your second point isn't quite right. St Kilda started with red, white and black but changed it to red, yellow and white because our original colours were indeed the same as the German flag at that time. We changed back to our original colours in 1923. The current German flag is red, yellow and black however.

You need to brush up on your WWII history buddy. Hilter was defeated in 1945. Current German flag of black, yellow and red was adopted in 1949.

Ten year olds are in about Grade 4.

From memory, that is quite a few years too early to be starting history.
