THIS!!!!I’d also be a little concerned if I was a Pies fan that their team has had two fairly easy wins in the finals series, totalling over 100 points. It might sound strange, but I’d have liked a more solid hitout in one of those games.
My father-in-law has said for years, you don't want 100+ point scores, it can be detrimental! I'm hoping he's right! Funny that Pagan also thinks along the same lines!
When they created LENNY HAYES (in the shadow of Harvs) they forgot to break the mold (again)- hence the Supremely Incredible Jack Steven!!

Went looking for his mention of this, and found this instead - perhaps I won't be quoting that as the best mark of confidenceGoTheTorp wrote:3= Sheedy

Isn't hindsight a beautiful thing"A microphone and a beer, that's all it took for Brendan Fevola to get kicked out of Carlton, and it might be the move that wins Brisbane a premiership," Sheedy said.
"Gubby Allan is a super recruiter, but this was the luckiest thing that ever happened to him.
"You can't help thinking Michael Voss need not buy a Lotto ticket. He's already won it."

Anyone who knows a tad about footy and how it hurts to come so close and lose one , then to have the chance of redemption the following year ....
These blokes aren't going to let another lifetime chance slip by !!!!
Put a few bucks on them and make your forthcoming celebrations pay for themselves!!!

Where are you finding these - I've found Judd's tip but not Sheedy's, not the others and I think I'm trawling every media outlet with the best of them.

The "thinkers" or the media performers who have half a brain are starting to move away from the Collingwood flog fest.
We just keep moving along....
I am loving this week. Just a lot cleaner to last year IMO.

This is a team game and there is no room for individuals who think they are above walking through the fire.
