Demetriou and Anderson have already decided the outcome.

Saints season over.

Agreed. Stevic has always hated us. The whole McBurney family follow the Saints and Vozzo works in the Lawn business.

Much as I hate the whingeing Fishlips, I couldn't believe some of the dodgy free that Collingwood got and Geelong didn't get in the first half!
Just amazing.
Totally inconsistent.

We've got to expect it...after all, Didak's dives are so convincing!

Maybe the AFL are squaring the ledger by throwing in a Saints fan to umpire the game?

Stevic awarded the Ling in the back a couple of weeks ago didn't he?

If the AFL have a say in the outcome of the game, we'll be in a GF.

Bulldogs would almost spoil the occasion.

At least our top 3 'worst season of umpiring towards us' will have us prepared for what we will get dished up next week in the GF if we make it.

We'll get nothing, they'll get the world, already a 5 goal head start we'll have to overcome, but we've done it most of the year

Exactly, so he over compensates to appear neutral.

Demetriou wants to please Madam Prime Minister.
She now has the power to ensure the AFL benefits from sports money.
She is not a supporter of wogball or thugby.

It must be great going to a GF and honestly thinking that will happen.

It must be a thrill to go to the footy with you negative people.

In all my years of footy i have never been to a game where the umpires make more mistakes than players.

They have no bearing on a games result that the players couldn't have done something about themeselves.

It was fantastic when Selwood did his move to perfection and the umpire was in position to see it well and called play on.

They basically swallowed the whistle for the whole game.
There has been a change in the umpiring for the finals series in my opinion.

The players need to watch and learn to see what they can do for the last
two finals.

Come on - Just get on with it and don't worryabout things you can't control.
Trust me - Positive and unrelenting support for the wonderful Sainters will be the option.

Not that I care about Mooney, he's a whingeing sook, but I thought he had a rough deal with the whistle-blowers last night. It's a bit like Schneids, I guess. If you mouth off at 'em ya get nuthin'!
Back to us, I think Ross' public attitude is the way to go, just play a straight bat and hope they don't make any match turning decisions against us.

I cannot remember disputing one decision all night. There were no "weak" or "technical" frees, no-one who was put out of the contest went without a free and staging was ignored. If we get those three I will be very pleased, which makes the other three, certainties.
