He refused to go anywhere else but Collingwood. So it was all about game time? I'm sure he would have got game time at Melbourne, Essendon etc.
What about success as well.
do you really believe there wasnt a place for ball.... it was even stated in the public eye... you want more game time earn it

money was the ONLY issue

the only problem with him and hudgton going over... he took our intel over aswell.. watch their game plan.. look familiar? ;) if not watch our earlier games from last year

Stop defending him for ffs. Channel your energy elsewhere if you are a fair dinkum supporter. Rooey and BJ can't stand him anymore. They know better than you with what went on buddy.

So if we lose you will be happy that Ball misses. I will not give a stuff as the only thing that matters is us winning not who misses if we lose.

I won't be happy about anything if we lose, but taking that out of the equation for a second, I don't want to see him win a premiership against anyone. Keep cheering for Bally all you like.

Definitely not cramp. Maxwell's telling porkies.

Cramp takes 5 seconds to stretch out.

5 minutes after the game has finished, and he's struggling to sit down. He "cramped" in the middle of the third.

If it is cramp, it's the longest bit of cramp I've ever seen in my whole life.

The Collingwood players going over to him and giving him a sympathetic tap is more proof IMO.

I'll be amazed if he plays.

That's right you don't miss the rest of the game if you "cramped" in the 3rd quarter.

Nope. You don't go into the rooms and come out with tracksuit bottoms on either if you "cramp".

What exactly can we control?

Beer and pie intake during the game tomorrow night?

Spoken by one who is the first to defend Ball in 'lightning' quick time.

For your info, Nathan Brown was with the Saints boys in the US after he announced he was leaving and Ball & Amy did not contact any of the Saints boys. This is fact. Browny even stated it on publicly on radio one night which was surprising. Class behaviour by an ex-captain and an arrogant, wealthy private school boy who was used to getting his way at Xavier.

They are a lesser team without him... and for that reason alone I hope he doesn't play next week.

heres some more proof that balls reasoning for leaving is a load of crock

2010
kicks 10.3
hballs 11
disp 21.3
marks 4.2
tackles 6.7
goals 0.3
behind 10
free f 37
free a 25

2009

kicks 9.3
hballs 10.4
disp 19.6
mark 3.1
tackles 5.8
goal 0.2
behind 7
frees f 38
frees a 15

so if thats what "more" game time gets you then waste a waste of time :P

I suggest your energy is used for other things if you are a true Saints supporter. By the way how do you know Rooy and BJ cant stand Bally?
