Seems like each week during the finals the "Home" team is there. Seeing thats us this week I presume its safe to get seats there tomorrow...

We sat there against Coll and WB in the finals last year... Either way I hope we win, wherever we are :)

last year saints v dogs we were city end and it was our home game, but then it was out home game the following week in the GF and we were punt road.

i think unless we are playing collingwood or geelong we will be ponsford end, but cant confirm that until we get our tickets sent out sorry.

A bit of a sham that we weren't given the Ponsford Stand last GF, imo.
if you do your history, its every second year the team who sits at punt road for the GF wins it, or every second year at the ponsford stand.

Cats 09 were in ponsford - win Saints punt - lose
Hawks 08 punt - win Cats ponsford - lose
Cats 07 ponsford - win Port punt - lose
Eagles 06 punt - win Swans ponsford - lose
Swans 05 ponsford - win Eagles punt - lose
Port 04 punt - win Lions ponsford - lose


i cant remember who was where after 04 but yeah...pretty random crappy stat but i find it interesting.
if we make it this year, vs either cats or pies we will be punt what is a good sign i guess

in that case i won't be complaining, should be we be given the end closest to tigerland... umm of course that is providing we win on saturday against footscray.
