Me too. All done by 8.05. Very Easy.
All we need to do know is win next Saturday night, then we're there.
Woo hoo!!
It's great knowing we don't have to queue up overnight etc, but stressful wondering what type of ticket we'll get and hoping its a seat. I remember last year not believing it until I had the tickets in my hand.
I remember madly checking my credit card account on the saturday night over and over waiting for the money to come out. From there i could work out what price tix had been allocated. From memory it was about midnight when it happened.
Gotta win next week first though. We'll be hot favourites.

I recall when collecting the tix last year at Crown's Ticketek outlet - getting the tix in my hand and my hands were shaking. The ticketek operator just looking strangely at me....hmmm, she just does not understand!!!!
I want to stand for something. I'm a loyal person and I think at the end of my career it will be great to look back and know that I'm a St Kilda person for life.

Me too. ANd then I was terrified I would lose them. I was walking around the shops like I had $100,000 in my bag...lol. Went straight home and put them in a safe place and told my parents (who were coming with us), and my husband where the safe place was....lol....yipper wrote:I recall when collecting the tix last year at Crown's Ticketek outlet - getting the tix in my hand and my hands were shaking. LOL me too. The guy at Ticketek at Southern Cross station was so flippiant with the tix, just printed them off, threw them in an envelope and handed them to me without so much as a cursory glance. I made a huge point of walking a couple of steps away and making sure he saw me open the envelope and check the contents very very carefully!yipper wrote:I recall when collecting the tix last year at Crown's Ticketek outlet - getting the tix in my hand and my hands were shaking. All done and email confirmation received.
So at least that part is now de-stressed.
Next step is for the boys to WIN next weekend.
No game can be taken for granted, and in particular no final can be.
Suspect that we will playing the Swans ..and if so Roos is a wiley one.

Flying the World in comfort thanks to FF Points....
I remember last year the money wasn't taken out of my acct like everyone elses for some reason and I was so worried that something had gone wrong. Everyone was so excited about their seats and I had nothing. People were contacting me in a panic and I ended up being so stressed about the whole thing. Needless to say it was fine, not stessing this year. Cool as a cucumber...............

Just gotta prepare for the massive stress levels of Prelim day!!! Hugely stressful game. Luck sometimes plays a part in those types of game. Saints, please just make sure we do not have to rely on a strong umpire to make a tough call to get us thru!!!

Last year I chose "will not stand" and my wife and daughter were NOT
happy. We were lucky to get seats even though they were section Q and the very highest seats in the MCG.
This time I couldn't take the chance on not going at all so chose will take
any tickets.
Will be disappointed if they are standing though.

I had a similar scenario, except I had picked mine up after about 10 Geelong supporters, so the lady kindly wished the cats luck for me as she handed me the tickets.yipper wrote:I recall when collecting the tix last year at Crown's Ticketek outlet - getting the tix in my hand and my hands were shaking. She was mortified when I told her I barracked for St Kilda.
It was an amazing moment though, I didn't want to let the thing go!!!
Life is very short and there's no time for fussing and fighting my friends.

Did you expect them to be presented on a velvet cushion with a royal fanfare?saint66au wrote:LOL me too.
