MINI! - tackling shut down play, and goals on the rebound will win it for us this year. Turnover Titans!
Ball took our secrets to collingwood. Now we show the other level.

They say Sam Fisher is one that lifts in finals...
He did play finals in '05, three goals against Adelaide, in Adelaide, in his third game. He probably has gone missing. he hasn't been selected.

Jimmy will not be missing this year.

Peake, Gwilt, Kosi, Mine & Schneider

Now some of them are not lesser known Saints, but these are the 5 I expect will have a MASSIVE impact. Pencil them in......

The obvious cream will rise to the top, so I don't need to mention them.

Hird has his say on who needs to lift for saints
http://player.video.news.com.au/heraldsun/?1580456395

( if it doesn;t work go to the Baker/ Johnson article and it works there

But CJ should be pleased he's rated him as a midfielder along with Dal Joey and Lenny

PS- But Hirdy needs to work on his presentation..... :?

THAT MAN Jimmy G!

I also think Peakey might surprise a few in week 3 or 4 (if we make it) if the sun comes out and the ground hardens up...

By the way - I have a theory that Jimmy G is really only 5'11 and around 6'3 with the FRO.

Zac Dawson.

Not sure if he qualifies as 'lesser known' but substitute 'unexpected' and he fits the bill.

If every single player rises to the occasion and gets the most out of himself during the finals, Dawson will be considered the one who 'stood up'.

Wouldn't that be grand?

I'm thinking Peake could be the forgotten man as far as oppositions go.

"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'

Wouldn't that be brilliant if he dominated the finals series.

Shut everyone up!
You bet, he might tear the pussies a new one.

I think we may see Big Ben make an impact to.

Gwilt played a great final in his third game or whatever it was. That was a brilliant night over in Adelaide. He turned it on against Geelong earlier in the year, so here's hoping he can do it again.
