depends
if a club gave a employee a directive to do it then yes
If it is a employee of a club who thought it would be good idea and did it on their own accord then no.
But most probably isn't either. The computers were probably stolen that happen to have the data on them rather than the data was specificly stolen.

no one can remember everything

are we sure no ones put a curse on us over the last ten f****** years???
s*** just always seems to happen at the worst possible time
its like the man upstairs is giggling while giving the finger down at us from a big white fluffy cloud

Yet we still made top 4 this year despite EVERYTHING that has been thrown at us both off and on field. They can throw the whole freakin' kitchen sink at us this year and we are STILL going to win it.matrix wrote:how much info and data is on the things that was NEEDED on friday??

Last year was just a bit too easy going for my liking. No dramas, no injuries - it was smooth sailing and not what we are accustomed to.....LOL
The Saints like a bit of drama and intrigue to keep them on their toes.......

coz we get plenty of that!!
we'll beat em
If we need notes to remember how to play our brand of footy or how to beat the Cats, we're in a lot of trouble.matrix wrote:how much info and data is on the things that was NEEDED on friday??

Over the last three years I'm fairly certain we've become well aware of their strengths and weaknesses.
Storm in a teacup.
Typical media sensationalism.
This will have absolutely no bearing on Friday's result.
I wouldn't think to much Matrix, surely Ross and the other assistants would take their laptops home of an evening....I mean, they do have laptops don't theymatrix wrote:how much info and data is on the things that was NEEDED on friday??

Also routine could be interrupted. As Ross has said previously we're big on the routine. These days players have videos of the opposition where they can work out their moves, patterns etc.
If you're used to every tuesday sitting down and watching the plays and working out your stategy so you can train to that effect on the wednesday, that could be the pain in the arse.

You would think the comPuters were password protected.matrix wrote:how much info and data is on the things that was NEEDED on friday??

If you read the article carefully you'll notice it's long on speculation...
Victoria Police last night confirmed it was investigating but refused to elaborate on the items stolen.
St Kilda coach Ross Lyon is understood to be furious about the security breach.
While neither the police nor the club would divulge details of what information may have been on the computers, a source close to the club said it was "football sensitive".
Could all be relatively negligible. This could include confidential player medical information, opposition analysis dossiers or details of the Saints' game plan.
Not only the coaches, but the players too would know their game inside out.Moccha wrote:What About information about injuries and opposition analysis? You would think the comPuters were password protected.
What could you read in a Geelong analysis that you wouldn't already know if you were a coach or a player also given the fact that they're our direct rivals for a flag and we've met and prepared for them in a GF.
"Ablett: quick, evasive due to core strength, coral rather than tackle.
Steve Johnson: highly-skilled, sore right hand, break it."
The only thing we should be worried about is if the computers have info that proves we've been cheating the salary cap or if we've been secretly running an underage brothel out of Moorabbin.
