Only got one of the two parts of The Age delivered this morning...(or someone stole the other part..).......and it has 16 pages on why the flag is a cakewalk for the Pie!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am doubly annoyed..

Only got one of the two parts of The Age delivered this morning...(or someone stole the other part..).......and it has 16 pages on why the flag is a cakewalk for the Pie!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The thief probably took both parts but quickly returned the offensive one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never seen anything like it. The biggest c**k stroking exercise i have seen. The funny thing is someone has pitch marketed this to the Pies. Someone there has payed for advertising space in the booklet. Bad decision by their board to allow the hot air to be blown before the finals even start. Someone will be bitch slapped if it backfires, I can see a scape goat if they go out early.

Never like it when we get favouritism it is always dangerous.

Should have devoted the entire days paper to collingwood. 50 pages discussing why collingwood is the greatest team ever.

Exactly right. If last year we had 16 pages on why were were a sure thing, the club would have hated it , and ross would have imploded.

I must have missed our 16 page spread last year for winning the McClelland Trophy - did anyone keep it?


The rest of Australia can wander mask-free, socialise, eat out, no curfews, no zoning, no police rings of steel, no illogical inconsistent rules.

I had the same thing hapen. I also thought that some low thief had taken the other half. Saw the delivery man in my street (3133) around 9.30 delivering the other bit. Must have been a problem at The Age !!


NEW scarf signature (hopefully with correct spelling) will be here as soon as it arrives !!

Why getting upset because The Age, or for that matter, the press et al writes about Collingwood? It has never been any different and won’t change.

What I am getting really, really p$**end off is that fact that now Ch10 has a trial run of cameras at the goal post, due to the goal umpiring stuff up a few weeks ago. And yep, you guessed it, it happened during a Collingwood game.

What about the one in last year’s GF. Well, the press got a bit upset … should do something about it…. But heck, it’s only St. Kilda whose goal was gifted to Geelong. Nothing to worry about. BUT Collingwood, and all hell breaks loose!

And don’t get me started about Round 22. All potential finalists have home games in Melbourne…. except one.

Right at the beginning of the season, the possibility that Saints, Bullies, Cats, Pies are in the finals was quite real! So, why do we have to travel and not the others??

This is what really gets me worked up
