it was xmas eve. good work schneids.B W and R all over wrote:I read this in the age this morning and had to double-check this paragraph:
No kidding Schneids, 17-23 drinks and you were a little drunk?Schneider estimates he had between 17 and 23 drinks that night. ''I don't forget things but I was a little bit drunk,'' he said.
don't start that s***. you're building up to say that she asked for it, right? doesn't sound like it to me - if she asked for it then i don't think she would have been crying in the corridor.mbogo wrote:OK - so Scneids was one of the SOBER ones - and they reckoned the girl was the real one *pissed*. How reliable is her evidence?

I don't think Mbogo is leading up to that at all.bergholt wrote:don't start that s***. you're building up to say that she asked for it, right? doesn't sound like it to me - if she asked for it then i don't think she would have been crying in the corridor.mbogo wrote:OK - so Scneids was one of the SOBER ones - and they reckoned the girl was the real one *pissed*. The question has to be asked, how reliable is her evidence when she was totally Mozart?
She wouldn't be the first to suffer post-coital regret.

Not at all - but they should have sent her home in a cab - personally I reckon it was an animal act - destabilising on the player group - probably rape - but the evidence seems like honey in a sieve. How much can stay in through the heat of courtroom battle?bergholt wrote:don't start that s***. you're building up to say that she asked for it, right? doesn't sound like it to me - if she asked for it then i don't think she would have been crying in the corridor.mbogo wrote:OK - so Scneids was one of the SOBER ones - and they reckoned the girl was the real one *pissed*. This is a team game and there is no room for individuals who think they are above walking through the fire.

You need to read up on the definition of rape because her being to drunk to consent is a prima facie case for rape in it self. I am glad you are defending me.mbogo wrote:Not at all - but they should have sent her home in a cab - personally I reckon it was an animal act - destabilising on the player group - probably rape - but the evidence seems like honey in a sieve.
