Well for example Mini's testimony at the hearing was that at the time that he told him (Lovett) that he was no longer welcome at the club.

I think that may have been because he was just accused of rape. That doesnt mean he wasnt wanted before that.

I must have missed the part where I said that any player said it earlier.....and yes Mini and the other players all rejected Lovett post his alleged deeds on Xmas Eve.

So no where have I said that he is guilty.

Equating this however with M+M is far fetched.....

Milne was not charged, so did not have to go to committal nor trial.

Regardless of what guesswork or gossip is involved in establishing what you think the facts are or may have been (or were you there?), seems like there's an ocean of difference to me.

100% correct and to prove you are on the money there were plenty on here who werent happy that the same description was made of the girl in the Gilbert, Armo issue which proves to me when it becomes really serious most can see both sides to the story.
