Agree with both points. I'd also like to add how good we looked as a te today though. Just so polished and quick but most importantly we didn't play as well as we could have. To win like that while playing in second gear was very impressive. That's a massive statement to make.

But better to absolutely dominate a side in Port's position, than play a soft, even game against a much inferior side.

We finished 6th. Back then the two lowest ranked losing teams in week one were eliminated. So 5th and 6th usually lost to 3rd and 4th but made it through because 1st and 2nd would knock out 7th and 8th.Sainternist wrote:Just out of interest, where did we finish after the H&A season in '98?
