How many 50s do you want to give away.
No way Dawson will be dropped by the way. Not based on last night and the coaches assessment.
Doubt Raph would come straight back in either. Only the very top players do that after such a long lay off.

In: geary
Out: McQualter or steven
Need defensive pace v Essendon.
The other could be Miles
One weakness we have i against small quick forwards and if miles or Geary could fill that role in the next few weeks they may find themselves not sitting in a suit in September
expect also to see Hayes, Montagna Gilbert and Gardiner suddenly develop virus' neck tightness, back tightness ct ove rthe next 5 weeks, especially if the dogs win today, which will be a good injury /ailment to have.

If everyone pulls up ok then probably no change, I agree Mini is struggling but Ross hasn't made many changes based on form this year apart from shuffling bottom 2 players or so.
Dawson is definatly staying, played well, cant do much about Franklin kicking goals from outside 50 and joey giving away a 50.

Very unlikely that anyone who played for Sandy on the weekend will come in. Sandy players will only have a six day break and they played interstate.
Geary would be the only one with a chance to come in given he didn't play or go to Queensland.
So Geary in for McQualter seems the only possible change bar injuries.

F***. Heyne would have to improve 20 fold on what I witnessed on Saturday.Saints94 wrote:IN: Heyne

Eddy would be a mile ahead and he's not match fit.
Thats said, Geary back in for mine. McQualter needs a kick up the bum. One thing for sure with Mini - unlike a few up-and-downers on our list - is he'll go back the Sandy and play his guts out. And make it back.
"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'

IN Clarke, Geary
Is anyone else seriously excited to have him back in the team? Hope he can continue the great form he was in before he got injured...

Very excited.
Hopefully he doesn't take too long to regain his touch.
I think people (externally) overlooked how big a loss it was having both Raph and Gram on the sidelines for a period of time. Can't wait for them to both get back to their best.
