Maybe saying that he can't comment would have been more appropriate. Just don't like opposition coaches weighing into this sort of debate. Im my opinion it is poor form.

I really think that its naive to think that Thompson would actually say anything that could be seen as supporting/giving comfort to a player who played so tough on one of his own stars. I'd hardly expect our coach to do it if the boot was on the other shoe, (so to speak

Bring on the rest of the season, bring on the finals and bring on the gf. I want the saints to tear bomber and his pussy friends a new one.
I'm sick of it! I've been trying to justify the whole thing via facebook to some pie friends/f*c wits who are just so one eyed it's ludicrous.
Saints play well against adversity (they've done so in almost every round this year). I look forward to the remainder of the season. We will unite, we will get stronger in terms of personnel and resolve. We will play saints footy. We will take this out and own season 2010 and get some respect from the rest of the league, the AFL and the media. C'mon!!

I wouldn't expect Bomber to have any opinion of Bakes at all...STFU, Fishlips. What is it with Geelong? They spend 4/5th of the year sooking to anyone who will listen, their players whinge and whine, the whole lot are the most arrogant collection of tossers to ever walk the earth, they even have AA popping in to make sure 27 weeks is OK for Bakes and if 2 priority picks for Gaz will do...or would the like 3!?!
