Please do not go mouthing off and jumping on some moral high horse. I have been in the position of being a friend of someone who was raped, I have dealt with people both accused and victims of this sort of thing, and you need to be careful.

The woman has sought legal advice and obviously could not even raise enough evidence to bring a civil suit to bear, so the case could thus not be too strong.
