1) 2009 Round 14 v Geelong

2) 2008 Round 14 v North Melbourne

3) 2007 Round 12 v West Coast

4) 2001 Round 22 v Hawthorn

5) 1989 Round 2 v Carlton

Cool!

Well in that case I'd take the 2009 Cats match, as the team that day is the closest to the current team - the team I, and others, hope will take us to that second flag.

Until that happens I'll continue to look forward, not backward. :D

Can I have a soldering iron so that I can use the components from the TV to make a radio.
That way I could save myself and get the full DVD set.

best thing about being on a desert island is not having to see Stinger's stupid avatar...what a tosser...always using lots of...gaps in his posts...and he thinks he is so smart...as Mr T would say...I pity the fool!!

Santa Claus, The Easter Bunny, an unselfish woman- what do they all have in common? Answer- we would all like to believe they are true, but they are all fictional.

The Geelong Game.

If you get a chance to view that game again, take it.

The quality of football from both sides was incredible. I have never seen a better quality game.

A mate of mine who follows Richmond told me to watch the game again and forget that I followed the Saints. Just watch it and analiyse (sorry, not sure of the spelling) it.

When I cleared my head of Saints bias, it was an incredible game.

If you where to show a person from an other country an Australian Rules game, this would be the one.

2014 - 5 in a row - and against the pies! sure it was all over by 1/4 time, but to see nathan crying and joffa's strip run effort at disrupting the game, makes it a classic. nice that our irish recruit beat ablet's 9 goal effort as well. and port fans in raptures to be out of the record books.

What about Troy Schwarze's goal against Brisbane in Round 6, 2004?

Ansett Cup 1996 was pretty good too.

None of those. The sydney game where we were 43 points down with 15 minutes to go in the last. Had so many highlights. Peter Cavern and plugger trying to kill the old guy from the swans. And we somehow won. Still the most incredible win I have ever seen.

As I've never seen this match - this is my pick. I would just love to watch the commentary go from "Too little, too late..." to "Hang on they might have a sniff here..." to "The Saints are in front. this is amazing."

Also i just love watching comebacks. Probably more fun than watching big wins.

Ahh Milan, that's too easy. The aim was to generate a selection that was somewhat random and make people think about there limited options. Which is why I didn't include the 66 grand final.

I'm saving the Brisbane game for another multiple choice.

Try to stick to the selection my peeps, as those other classics will be part of a selection criteria in future.

As for my choice, the 2008 victory over the Kangaroos, as it was the greatest inter-state win of my experience.
