My ex supported (mabey still does buggered if I know) Essendon and the way we delt with it was to boycott all footy media and ignore the game totally until after it was over.
As one eyed and fanatical as I am she was probably worse, so it helped to not talk about it at all

Sit in the Moorabbin Wing with herCon Gorozidis wrote:I have recently started seeing a girl who for some hard to fathom reason goes for the crows (she is not even from Adelaide). She knows I am Saints fan and has suggested we go to the game together.
I feel kinda dirty and awkward. Any advice?
Mid 1st quarter, explain to her the mum gets to choose the kids religion, dad gets to choose the footy team (of all the "man rules" I've ever heard, this is the best one I've ever gotten away with!).
My son will choose Mummy over Daddy almost everything: but he's a signed sealed Sainter who's hero is the chant leader for the Moorabbin Wing (known in my house as "Saints Man").
I've been working at converting his Mother from the Lions for as long as I can remember... and provided we're not head-to-head, she's a Sainter. I'm content to let my son finish the job.
In summary, if she can survive a head to head game amidst the Moorabbin Wing, and acquiesces to Saint supporting children, you may in clean conscience continue to see her.
If not, take her back to Adelaide - I don't care if she's never lived there.

I have read all of the advice on here for you and I am sorry but everyone has missed the mark.
She is an Adelaide supporter you may be forced to drown her. It is after all for own good.
