So where the hell was Dempster
When we needed him last Sunday?
He's resting down in Cornwall
Writing up his memoirs
For a paperback edition
Of the boy scout manual
(you'd have to be old enough to remember the moon landing, or thereabouts, to get this reference)

I did say if practical knowing full well it isn't....there is a bit of a GOP clean out at the end of every season....for all clubs....plugger66 wrote:Yep lets get rid of half the list then. It makes sense and you know it. More players are GOPs than any othe type of player and that is any side, not just us.bobmurray wrote:StKilda should clear out all it's GOP's at year end if practical...where does Dempster rate...GOP or better than that....

Finally from a very reliable Saint source (who may wish to remain anonymous): "Sean Dempster has got Achilles tendonitis – I don’t know why the club keep leaving him off the injury list. He was restricted to pool work but is hopeful of running again soon (which he should be now and unless he’s had any setbacks, should be getting close to returning in the seconds)."

We all know this is not true, we also know what Michael Nettlefold said wasn't true. So personally, I think there is a definate cover up. I just can't see any point in keeping a long term injury quiet, so it must be something else.Sainterone wrote:He's playing!! - check out this from saints.com.au

I believe Newman is correct however Dempster has been doing general training for some weeks and will most likely play this weekend barring any setbacks, for Sandringham.Saint Bev wrote:Defferent with Winmar, he has been seen at training and at Sandy games, also on the injury list. Or last time I looked he was.
