Geelong Game - Reserved Seat Tickets
I can't see a thread on this already.....(apologies if missed)
All reserved seat holders should have received an email/letter with details on how to get your "free" reserved seat. Key point to note is, get your rego number ( I got mine , but had to ring club for kids) , and opens today at 1.00pm.

What about the Ponsford Stand?
In previous games we as reserved seat holders could sit in the Ponsofrd. This time we get ot sit in the outer without cover in 6 and a half bays of seats. Hope it doesn't rain.
So my question is are we as a club getting diddled, ripped off or ignored with the fact that this is our home game.
if it was the filith, their contract is quite clear, their social club members have full access to the Ponsford?

Any word on Social club seating for this game. I gather from that email that there is no special seating for Social club. Not happy with that. Will have to book something I guess. Anyone know when the normal reserve seating goes on sale?

Got our group of 9 at about 7.45pm. M14 Row U but theres really no bad seats in that allocation
Id be really dissapointed if there was no Social Club facilities..its our freaking home game. I remember a home game there we played a few years ago where they forgot to allocate a SC area til quite late....and ended up being on Level 2 of the Ponsford Stand where that dining room is..and the seats in front
Yes Id definately contact the Club

M11 Row Y.
I presume they are starting with M16 and moving towards the goals.
The home clubs at the MCG generally have their Social Club pre/after match functions on Level 2 in the Southern Stand saint66au, the Hassett room I think. I'd be surprised (and disappointed) if this wasn't the case for us.
No idea on Social Club seating though. It's probably something you should be raising with the club now SaintNick rather than a couple of weeks before the game.

My reserved seats are on the wing at ES and the club have given us reserved seats on the wing/flank in the Southern Stand.ozrulestrace wrote:What about the Ponsford Stand?

The last place I would want to be is behind the goals.
All of the home clubs at the MCG with the exception of Collingwood have their reserved seats/social club/functions in the Southern and Olympic Stands.

Thanks for the update Sunil. I was planning on calling today but hadn't got around to it due to work commitments. You have saved me the call. I will wait a few days for the email update.Sunil_saint wrote:Social Club Members
Just rang the club: Informed me that email will be sent this week and that 2 bays have been set aside . Tickets available under the usual format with Tiketek......
Sunil
Glad to hear there is at least some provision made for social club seeing it is our home game.
