Just that the AFL can, IF they want go over our books, and he thinks they will.
Absolutely earth shattering breaking story.
Amazing, Hutchy just doing his schtick, dont worry.

nothing more than >
both men were connected to the Saints
Demetrio stating that they take salary cap seriously- ( he didn't mention saints)
3 rd person is now connected with the Kangaroos.- James said his work has been exemplary....
the very fact they didn't lead with this would show they are nothing more than the fact and small innuendo- nothing new to what has been stated since 4 pm and assumption as has been expressed on here and radio and media and any other forum out there.

Nice snow job by Demetriou.
Something along the lines of "Ken Wood has the power to investigate anything at anytime, and AFL policy is not to talk about it"
Sounded to me that he was happy for Wood to have a cursery glance at the book from 2002 onwards and report back to the AFL.
AFL have got a massive coup out of this and wont shoot themselves in the foot like the NRL.

Lance or James??
There comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, "Enough is enough." For me, that time is now. I have been dealing with claims that I cheated and had an unfair advantage in <redacted>. Over the past three years, I have been subjected to a <redacted>investigation followed by <redacted> witch hunt. The toll this has taken on my family, and my work for <redacted>and on me leads me to where I am today – finished with this nonsense. (Oops just got a spontaneous errection <unredacted>)

I can see it already...I knew we'd lose it somewhere.
We'll win the 2010 flag, then the AFL will discover some of Waldrons old hidden schemes in which one is still accidentally in place.
The AFL will subsequently strip us of the flag....we are doomed and cursed....faaaaaaark!

lol very doomsdayer-ish, if this ever happened, I don't think I could follow the club anymore. Would just be a fan of AFL.jonesy wrote:I can see it already...I knew we'd lose it somewhere.

I don't even want to think about that, if that happened I would walk away from the sport forever, I don't think I would be able to recover, I know I know stick by the club, but to wait so long for a premiership and have it stripped.jonesy wrote:I can see it already...I knew we'd lose it somewhere.

Being a Melbourne Storm fan and I am totally shattered tonight, but I don't have the love as I do for my saints that's for sure.
In Ross Get lost!
I am excited to stay at St Kilda and this is a great result for the Club and all our fans. I’m proud to be part of the Saints and am pleased to be playing football with the Clubâ€

Take anything that Hutchy says with a pinch of salt and huge amount of hot air.
Look at the story about Nick Stevens....a grab from Stevens said "if I get the all clear from the doctors I'd love to play football again" and "never say never".
Hutchy turns that into "Stevens comeback bid".
Even Sam Newman scoffed in the background on that story.
Believe 19.9% of what the 'best newsbreaker in the business' says.....and then put the remainder down to bluster and big noting.
