Only regret was that that famous shot didn't hit that old white haired prick in the Shytney Cheer Squad right his yapping face.super dooper wrote:Absolutely loved it, just showed he has a bit more mungrel in him that i didnt know he had.
It reminded me of a player who who #4 at the SCG in 1993...

Cant think he received much stick from the small freo squad....Better if it was against the filth.
BS
Maybe bj mis hit it.
Give me some evidence that it was deliberate.
Absolute rubbish
Whats rubbish is this post.
BJ kicked it deliberately.
Did i mention he should be sanctioned?
It was poor form - and it was done purposely. If you cant acknowledge that, i question the merit of your posting on this topic.
Serious call? What the hell - this is an internet forum.
And where did I mention a kid?
From my angle in the freo pocket - he deliberately fired a bullet into the cheer squad.
You and others are defending the 'serious call' he aimed for a kid and hit him - which is ludicrous and stupid.
What exactly does this post add anyways?
Sorry for offending you, which I obviously have
Mmm Serious call? That it was poor form that he deliberately fired a bullet into the crowd?
Accurate call is a better description.
Obviously didnt aim for a kid (which I didnt even bring up)...But he fired it in.
You might even notice I didnt say whether or not he should be sanctioned.

Like I said, sorry for offending you....on re-reading your post I put the "aimed at a kid" into your opinion, but still think you were being a little harsh. Fair?Spinner wrote:SainterK wrote:Why am I not allowed to point out you made a serious call Spinner? I watched the game on Fox and I didn't hear about this incident until now. The commentators said nothing, and if they smell even the slightest bit of controversy brewing they are normally relentless.Spinner wrote:This thread is hilarious.
That posters can't simply acknowledge that he fired it into the cheer squad just shows how un-objective this forum is.

You didnt offend me at all. Dont know why you keep mentioning that.
And please dont 'add' to my opinion...All I said was that i thought it was poor form, because it was quite clearly deliberate.
Or should I be on the watchout for the 'serious call' police?

Another memorable one was Winmar playing in the WAFL before being recruited to StKilda put boot to ball in frustration as it went over the boundary line and hit a woman right in the face.

3 minutes 7 seconds in. Watch and see for yourself. Little hard to see but you get the drift.
Does not look deliberate at all, just a passionate kick.
The kid tried to mark it but couldnt. haha

Said I thought it was poor form. Didnt say I was outraged. Didnt start a thread saying I was outraged.
