Interesting question, feel free to post your comments...

He's fine IMO.

Had no match practice preseason. It takes a few games to get up to it.

I also dont think his kicking is a big deal either. It will come.

Patience is a virtue that a lot of people here dont have.

Give him time and he will come good.

I definatly think so, it is quite obvious fraser has been no-where near his form (or fitness) of last year regardless of how many shots on goal he has had.

thank he's a bit unfit and out of form with the lack of playing. He'll be right in a few weeks time.

I did vote for "relied on too much by the team" as i think when we go forward we look for him! (but then again there is not much else at fforward because milney gets dragged when he marks the ball!)

He is out of touch, bercause he hasn't had match fitness.

The only way to cure that is to give him match fitness. Play him at FF this week and see how he goes, I reckon he has the ability to play himself right back into form.

I voted for "just out of form". Give him time, he'll come good.

He was a slow starter a couple of years ago, too, iirc.

He is out of form and everyone including him knows it and he lets it get to him i think.

Work a little harder, get moving, and get the ball long to him.

He'll come good. :D

Regardless of his recent form,he should play next game, because we are limited up forward especially with Kosi maybe required ruck or back half.Gtrain will always need 2 be taken by a key defender.Although not a long term solution,a proven goal kicker may just come to the fore."LETS HOPE"

Wakelin v Gehrig

This may sound odd but quite possiibly the team whose player loses this contest may well be better off for the rest of the year.

Most likely a nil all draw.

Would prefer to see Allen played instead of G, more unpredictable, a great opportunity for Allen, Kosi will be attracting the best defender and playing Allen will allow for a more mobile forward line.

Play Milne, Schneider, Raph and Geary on the forward line. I believe Geary would be perfect to tag Heath Shaw. A little left field but necessary IMO. If not Geary then BJ but I think one of BJ or Raph will be needed down back to go 3rd man up against Cloke.

Fraser looked great on the lead all night on Saturday, and his goal was a great set shot. Is it a question of his form, or the delivery? I personally don't think Fraser got alot of opportunity. Watching the replay yesterday, his intensity was there, even had a good crack in the centre, broke the pack open and provided some good pressure. In all honesty, the biggest problem seemed to be the delivery. Can't kick 5 goals if the footy is not being kicked to you. I agree with Robert Walls on this one, the problem isn't the forward line, it is the midfield.

He's not fit and he's not in form but that wasn't a polling option......

Might have to give him a few games a Casey and play Allen.....

How many defenders will The Saints pick in the 2024 draft ?

Not fit? How do you suppose that?

Hope you're right, Red. It's painful to see the big guy in a rut.

Does Fraser need to be given some kind of ultimatum?
