I will be in Perth next week so I wont be able to get to the game on Saturday night. I was just wondering if anyone would know if it will be shown live on tv in Perth?

and its saying that channel 10 is showing the second round of the NAB cup at 7.30.
we're the only game on sat night so im guessing YES that is Saints v blues or swannies that is on

What is it about Perth!? The saints game was 4 hours delayed, it was over before it began here! It seems that neither of the free to air channels really take live sport too seriously, well not if it doesn't involve the eagles or dockers...so I don't have a TV...I can't stand the ads and can't stand the pointless delays for Malcolm in the middle or better homes and gardens FFS.

I enjoy live games (during the normal season) on radio (or via the Net)....I honestly don't see what the difference is, if radio can broadcast a live game but the channel that has the rights to the game can delay it four hours...this needs to be improved and with the additional channels that the stations have with the HD broadcast; lets put sport back on the priority list and split the broadcast, standard def for malcolm or better homes and gardens and high def for our sport and make it live (or no more than an hour delayed)! So common Free To Air....give me a reason to buy a TV...

We actually got the Filth game on Friday night starting at 8.30pmlocal time. 11.30 Melb time.
We had to have Seven's high quality news program, some tawdry US comedy and Better Homes and Gardens before the footy. Same old same old WA mindset. If it doesn't involve the Weegirls or the Dockers it's peripheral.

They don't get it live - that's what the complaint is.
They get it at 8:30pm local WA time (which is 11:30pm Melbourne time) - 4 hours after the game started in Melbourne.

Well that almost makes me want to buy a TV. It is good to see a free to air channel that breaks up their broadcasting....now all we need is 7 and 9 to do the same and realise that you don't need news and home improvement programs in HD!
