I dislike established players changing their jumper number. I'm not sure why 11 is better than 28 or why 6 or 17 is better than 22. I don't get what's wrong with 38, 42 and 43. Maybe Robert Eddy smells funny
Sure, but you were happy that Bakes put his hand up for Spiders old number 10 to show how the should be worn, and no doubt Grammy was over the moon to recieve No 1. Kosi and X the same.
What's the history of number 6? I remember that red-headed bloke who used to be Tim Watson's team mate disappointing in it, and Fish tried hard but hasn't kicked on as expected. When was the last time a gun wore number 6?
should I mention an ex freo shocker?
P66, stick to being a tool because funny is so not you!
You really are a little weed. You should stick to something you are good at. Nothing. Red hair no friends. Dont always agree with that saying but in this case it is perfect.
is that inside info?

Dunstan - future captain Eli - future cult hero
Acres - future norm smith

My memory as a kid was Bob Murray
Does nobody remember David Grant?
Two great stars who wore number 6. David Grant was a highly underrated player. He deserves respect. All Australian 1991.

Yes much better calling a person a tool for no reason at all.
I know you're pretty much tongue firmly in cheek most of the time (and I'm not talking about your personal life), but quit with harassing SainterK and Solar. They're decent mate.
Agreed:
3 -- Steven
Disagreed:
4 -- this should go to a proven gun and future leader. I would think this would include Goddard, Montagna and Gilbert, but probaly not CJ at this stage. Certainly not Eddy.
Queried:
6 -- Fisher still, or is he on the list only by name?
If he's not going to be playing, I love the idea of Dawson taking Bob Murray's old number. Geary, or Mini I wouldn't hate seeing in it.
Disputed:
8 -- I'd be very happy to see Raph in it, but if it's a reward for an up and comer, I say 8 should be CJ's. Dedicated, desperate, defensive, courageous, loyal, blonde and unco -- a tribute to Max.
Agreed:
14 -- anyone wo'll take over Ball's role -- Armo, Steven ....
I know some of you think it's weird to care, but for me it's as important as the colours themselves (almost).

I agree with that. At this club it's a "big-gun" number. I'd be waiting to see if either of the Tommy's earns it, I reckon.

bulls***. Clinton Jones has won the number and has thoroughly earned it.
Would you rather wait another 3 years for an untried Irish over CJ?

If you fully read the thread you will understand I actually didnt start any harassing.

Not this time
The Forum is really over the constant petty primary school squabbling and baiting between the two of you. Dont care who starts it, its childish.
Yes some great memories of David Grant, very strong overhead mark, strong body, won a lot of contested ball. A solid and reliable player at a soggy Moorabbin.
