Hair is shorter in the top photo, so obviously it looks like he has less. Have noticed this before, not a flattering style for Ross.

I think we have all had photos taken where we look better in some than others.

Pretty sure Ross is not the sort to have work done.

I love rossy and the coaches we have I hoope they sign on for 10 years!!

WHAT HAS STKILDA ALWAYS BEEN ABOUT? Big stars, Big names all the little guys pretty much get in line ... creates less pressure to improve on the big guys and NO motivation for the little guys.... ROSSY promotes the opposite he dont care if your Hayes himself ... If you arent training hard doing your absolute best (which by the way getting paid 200k a year you should be) then you can **** ***! I love it how he says to even the newest guy 'come train hard heres your resources everything you need, now if you want in... work hard work hard work hard... you CAN make the team you are not here to make up numbers!'

It would seem most coaches in AFL would be like this but they arent NOT to this extent THERE is always the experienced guys and the less experienced guys.

How many other coaches would of given Dawson a go from round 1 even though he was the best choice?? None. They would ALL opt for seniors maguire and Max.

max was injured in round 1 and maguire does not play full back, that is why Dawson was picked to play round 1.

Maguire doesn't play full back. Can't play CHB.....what position can he play?
