Dwayne Russell is a goose with a golf ball stuck in his throat. He continues to call it a ball in instead of a throw in. I did my research and there is no reference to a ball in anywhere in the rules and any local rules. I sent a polite and intelligent letter to him last year but got no reply. If only he knew who I worked for.
