So, who is going to watch the draft?

So, who is going to watch the draft?
Anyone tuning in?
Given that it's the first televised draft, I am a little curious, will Luke be there as well and will we see his reaction?

Re: So, who is going to watch the draft?
I'll be watching and watched last years online and it was very interesting. I don't think Ball will be there, it seems like they usually invite 10-20 top draftees each year and everyone else tunes in through however they can. Since its televise though they might have invited more people...SainterK wrote:Anyone tuning in?

Remember watching it on the lunch break when playing cricket and seeing a teammate from the previous season being drafted in the first round.
They walk amongst us...

It might be interesting to see who turns up at teh Exhibition after teh event.
I also note that teh Salvos are having a conference at teh same location - new Congress Centre.

I dont understand who thought this would be a good idea. The first 7 or so picks are almost set in stone and the next 5 will determine which direction the draft heads in.Batnoe wrote:so did i understand what sports tonight said?
1 hr before hand the first 10 are chosen.
Then everyone enters the room and choose the first 10 out loud from 10 to 1. After that is done does it go 10-1 and then 11 onwards?

Is likely to be watching with Matt Maguire according to this article from the Herald Sun.
