No action on Lovett !!

Heard Ross Lyon speaking earlier this morning on SEN. He said that there would be NO action taken against Andrew Lovett. Ross also stated that the club was NOT a baby-sitting agency and that motivated professional athletes knew what was expected of them. He also said that he was confident that Lovett would fall into line with the club's values.

I suppose we can now say;

END OF STORY !!

I am sure that a lot more has gone on behind the scenes that we will never know. Good move by Ross, keeping your dirty laundry on the inside of the washing line.

What a club tells the media and what it does are often 2 very different things. I trust the club a hell of a lot more than some hack jurno or some Essendon supporting tool who puts a smart ass comment on a web site
