don't leave any spaces-
and make sure you have the 'http' and the 'jpg' at the end
if the picture doesn't have those then it May not work- so may have been the picture link the problem rather than you actions.

Definitely shopped. You can tell by the outline of the hair too, it's a bit too bright.
