Wouldnt be worried about it to much, not many of their fans or ours will be at the trade table. If they were the same people who were singing Milnes praises for his inclusion in the All Australian squad would trade him for picks 82 and 104.
meh i though Zac was a dud pick wasnt keen on shnider either both turned out to play in the g/f team so if Lyon and Co. think Peake is worth a shot hell why not

Yeah but it also shows how highly they rank Peake. Not at all.

Peake will add depth, depth makes players play better because they need to too keep their place in the side.
If they play better we keep winning, keep winning and we find ourselves in another Grand Final with more experience, more options and more weapons to win it.

Yes it's certainly good to have depth. However, would you trade a 3rd round pick for a depth player?

Stanley (#47), Heyne (#48), Steven (#42), Allen (#59 - 4th). Given where our list is at, I'd be spending the 3rd round pick on a young player with upside rather than a 26yo role player in Peake. This season showed we have enough depth pushing up (Eddy, Geary, Armitage, Steven, X. Clarke) right now so use our mid-late picks to build for the future.

Fare comment, but last years draft was a good one, from what I heard, this years draft might not be anywhere as good.
But let's leave it to RL & Co, if they think Peake is worth getting, then they can see something we don't.
Let's not forget too that he has been playing for a flog of a club, Fremantle.
Sometimes you can take a player from a club like that and put him into a positive, disciplined succesful side and he goes from being an average player to a really good player.
After all, as I joke about Fremantle, if he comes to us, he'll know that winning doesn't mean singing that awful excuse of a club theme song Fremantle have.
swans and lion just exchanged 3rd round picks, lions pick 47 now and sydney 39. yet it says the swans are giving the dogs 47, so i assume that the tracker needs to be updated and the doggies will recieve pick 39 for hall.

With fev no one is going to show their hand this early as it gives the blues a great bargaining position.
Still think Sydney for him TBH.
Burgoyne will go to Essendon, gut feel.
Burgoyne's is Essendon's if they really want him.
Now that Essendon have picks 10 and 16 they can out bid Hawthorn's pick 9 plus rubbish, but only if they want to.
