I'm still not convinced he's going anywhere.

Carlton will struggle to find a Club able to take his contracted $700k salary.

I reckon when the end of trade week arrives, tehy will just announce that no trade was able to be made and he will remain a Carlton player.

So you want to trade kosi for him?

I agree especially since he nominated us and the hawks, pretty much the only 2 vic teams with 2 good tall forwards.

Maybe. I'd say Goose is the obvious bait.

Fev can win a game off his own boot... Kosi cannot.

That said, I don't think Kosi is going anywhere.

We have enough problems with our salary cap as it is. Roo I wouldn't hesitate paying that sort of money. With Fevola and his issues, no way!

Get him if the price is right, but NOT at the expense of Kosi.

I reckon we may have a shot, but it will be lights out for Goose at the Saints.

We are all purely speculating and it will be interesting to see whether or not Fev fits into Ross' plans.

Geez if it happens who is going to be traded?

I reckon Kosi will have a blinder next year if he remains uninjured, was great till he split his hand open.

Drama Queen.

But seriously, if we were close to getting Cousins, you'd be crazy not to have a crack at Fev.

A Saints man. Don't think that doesn't count for something. We need to improve our efficiency in front of goal, and we all (I think) agree we probably have a 2-3 year window.

At 29 he's a no-brainer. In our culture, he would toe the line. Seems ironic doesn't it!?

Goose might go, and pity about that. But Kosi doesn't have to go.

That f**ker comes near Moorabbin and they'll be down my membership.

I feel that strongly.

Spare the 'off your high horse' responses. I'm entitled to the view.

Fact is our existing core have worked their rings off to build a winning, professional culture. I don't want anything coming in to f*** that all up.

Besides we got f*** all out that other Carlton mercenary A Hamill.

Just say no.

We have 1 good tall centre half forward (with a sore/chronic knee) and our other tall forward doesn't kick enough goals as a Full Forward.

Fev is a 40 -50 goal/year better FF than Kosi - let's face facts.

Do you really think Fev is going to magically cause us to kick 40-50 more goals?

If I have to be a drama queen I will, the thought of Fev coming to the Saints actually makes me fee quite troubled....
