Not everyone is against us...
Don't be fooled by the fools plunging their lazy thousands on Geelong and skewing the betting odds.
I went to the parade today in my St. Kilda guernsey, and the staff in the cafes in the area were all cheering for the Saints. There is a lot of goodwill out there for us. One woman told me she was a Pies supporter but was backing the Saints. I commisserated with her and said I thought her team spent all their petrol tickets the week before against Adelaide and she happily copped that on the chin. I got a free coffee just for being a Saints supporter! They were even giving any of their customers a ribbing if they were wearing Cats colours!
It was also encouraging last night to hear most of the Footy Show guests declare for the Saints, Richo, Aker, and the rest.

Re: Not everyone is against us...
As much as I, and many others, dislike Aker, he has played in the Bulldogs' finals against us and Geelong. He has also been a pretty good tipster in the Herald Sun. He has also played in 3 Premierships. So I feel quite encouraged that he has tipped us. Thanks Aker....did I say thatInkerSaint wrote: It was also encouraging last night to hear most of the Footy Show guests declare for the Saints, Richo, Aker, and the rest.

It appears to me the predictions made a the end of The Footy Show, the only ones picking the Saints were Aker, McVeigh and Campell Brown and why?
Because they have played in teams the Saints have beaten this season so they have first hand experience of what it is like to play the Saints and recognise this team will be hard to beat.
Those going of Geelong are the old blokes who are believing the Geelong propaganda.

Heard all the crap, oh they got their side back, yeah Steve Johnson plays one game and suddenly he's super fir and firing, God I hope we crunch him and crunch him early, then we will see how fit he is.
Their great in the wet because they play at Skilled Stadium.
Who do they play at Skilled Stadium, all the interstate teams, they played Brisbane on a cold wet miserable day, I can't remember the last time if ever Brisbane played well in cold wet Melbourne wintry conditions.
They looked great last week, yeah they played against a team that was spent by half time and we're at best mediocre.
Look out Geelong, the beast awaits.

Except for the sanity nothing much has been lost.

sheahan - the luna park clown.
that guy used to jinx us a lot a few years back. more than happy not to have his blessing.
it seems that most of melbourne is behind the saints. chris judd on brownlow night even favoured us. barry hall, however, is still a massive jerk and is backing geelong
but very encouraging to see shopfronts in most of melbourne, decked out with the red, whit and black

Curb your enthusiasm - you’re a St.Kilda supporter!!
In Perth... well, from the atmosphere you'd think "what Grand Final?".
And there's people that say this isn't Dullsville
