I reckon that smile on his face is because he hasnt had to do anything to claim underdog status. Lovin it, he is a wiley old fox (or Lyon) indeedmightysainters wrote:Ohhhh Rossy has played his hand well bluffing and articulately talking his way through press conferences... After you feel that he is in control but we are the underdogs.. Collingwoods dismal trash effort also helped this cause .
Make no mistake this is a 50-50 match but you go with overall form and we will come up trumps GO U SAINTERS
Everyone is tipping against us

And the correct reply is, "why thank you for apologising for your over-hyped team's sh*t performance in advance"saint patrick wrote:Had a Geelong supporter interupt me talking about the footy with a workmate say"Comiserations for this Saturday!!"
The same thing happened prior to the filth game from a pie supporter...
'Can I aplogise in advance!!!"
Just hope its an omen of what they would deserve for their cockiness
Anyone who thinks St. Kilda is going to lose on Saturday needs to have a damn good look at something...

Watch for Steven Baker to destroy whoever he plays on! If you reckon you've seen that tough-nut in action, I don't reckon you've seen the half of it!
Nobody can tell me that 22 players aren’t going to put everything on the line tomorrow! If the Cats thought they had a hard time against Hawthorn last year (who also weren’t rated) they’re in for one hell of a shock!

When they created LENNY HAYES (in the shadow of Harvs) they forgot to break the mold (again)- hence the Supremely Incredible Jack Steven!!

HA! That's a classic. Did any of these clowns get their tattoos right in the last 3 years? Furthermore, did anyone rush out to get a 2009 Night Premiers tattoo this year?saint3d wrote:Do you mean 2007 Gay Premiers?Stillwaiting wrote:Or the idiot who had preNiers 2007 tattoed on himOneEyedSainter77 wrote:like that idiot who got a tatoo of geelong 2007-2008 back to back....saint patrick wrote:Had a Geelong supporter interupt me talking about the footy with a workmate say"Comiserations for this Saturday!!"

"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'

I am finding it difficult to read and hear and see that we are such incredible underdogs.
I know that it shouldn't worry me and that it is probably a good thing, but I don't feel we are being shown any respect. I also think Collingwood are over rated and the Bulldogs are under rated.
I wonder what would be happening if Roo kicked that goal against Essendon and Schneids got that free kick against the Roos.
We would be going in to the GF undefeated. What would the media be saying then?
Anyway, I have complete faith in us and I think that our best team, including emergencies, has been selected for tomorrow.

It's OK mate, we had 'the loss we had to have', even threw in an extra one just to make sure. Then we rested half the team. Now we have followed the experts advice, we're a shoe in tomorrow.Milan Faletic wrote:If I wasn't such a nervous wreck, I'd laughdegruch wrote:We're due for a loss.Milan Faletic wrote:I wonder what would be happening if Roo kicked that goal against Essendon and Schneids got that free kick against the Roos.
