While I have been successful, the amount of money that has come out of my credit card equates to standing room price.
While I am happy I have a ticket and we are in the GF, I am alittle disapointed that I have received standing room.
My Mum has a dickie knee and not sure how she will go standing up all day.
Will wait until I have the ticket in my hand as I have just been informed it may be "restricted view" and not standing room.

Yes junior squadron are concession price:ozrulestrace wrote:My credit card has had a deduction of $1261.95 which by my reckoning means standard seats although I can't confirm that until Monday.
Trouble is we asked for tickets that included someone who was mobility impaired so I'm wondering if we got, 7 x standards (incl one concession) and 1 premimum somewhere else.
None of the calculations match the $126.95 for 7 adults and one concession ticket, unless 1 junior squadron is also at concession price. Any ideas?
"There are no junior tickets available for the Grand Final."

Dimmeys in Richmond are selling St Kilda raincoats for just 30 cents
Hmmmm, reckon stockpile them Fid and let em out for $5 each should it come down in buckets...
I bought 3 and there were only about 20 left (all St Kilda)
Don't wait for the light at the end of the tunnel to appear, run down there and light the bloody thing yourself!

that's the diff with ticketmasterSunday Red wrote:Any way to view your tickets or at least the section or numbers online?
I know I was successful, but can't seem to view any details when I log in to "My Ticketek".
I was able to view the tickets I'd bought for games- well the seat allocation anyway.

That is cr@p....We did'nt know the risk! (I got a ticket....but feel for people who missed out).matrixcutter wrote:everyone knew the risk if you didnt choose 'including standing room'
I thought a risk was having to pay for a premium seat for a family, when I only wanted a to pay a maximum of standard. The AFL seem to think we all can pay for premium......doubt this is the case!
My best mate got a premium seat for his 6 year kid that has been a social club member since June (cost $50 to upgrade him). Crazy stuff.
Not rewarding long term members is crazy!!

ummm
if you didnt know the risk then you didnt read your membership information and finals information sent to you by the club correctly
over a month ago i posted a quote off the afl website that actually said (something to the effect) the afl reserves all rights to actually allocate or take back whatever they like.
now
the guarentee was for a TICKET
was for foundation when it came in (according to some posters who have gone back thru the paperwork) and for social club members
no where does it say SEAT
you think the afl are stupid?
they are going to tell you 100% you have a seat?
i dont think so
they cover all bases...their bases
we all knew the consequences that might occur for not ticking standing room
it was put about on here for bloody days, threads and posts everywhere.
its random...and the afl decides the % of standing room.
now
thats good???
F*** no of course its not good
i upgraded earlier in the year and yeah i got a premium, i assed it, luck of the draw...im a johnny come lately
but everyone starts somewhere, and i started this year after 5 years of interstate..yup 100 bucks a year to go to one game...and one year they didnt play here!!!
do i think its fair that bloody MODS missed out on a seat....no its not fair, what about a person i know that got three tickets because a family member got given them thru work..they aint been to games in years either.
think thats fair??
f*** no it aint fair
we all knew it was random, as farked as it is
strength thru loyalty????
i dont see much of it tbh
now...everyone knew the chances
so whats the backup plan if ya got standing or something u dont like???
i know what mine was
and i worked my ass off doing 50 to 60 hrs a week for half a year just in case plan B was needed
the system is crap
the afl is a joke when it comes to loyalty of supporters
it will NEVER change.
rant over
thanks, put me in a shite farking mood
